Nominations For Board & Nominating Committee

Get Involved in Your Industry’s Trade Association

HHAC is powered by the leadership, insight and commitment of our members. Each year, the Nominating Committee invites members to submit their interest in being considered for service on one of HHAC’s committees or Board of Directors.

HHAC seeks leaders who represent any part of Colorado’s home care and hospice community, including home health, home care, hospice and private pay agencies, from diverse geographic regions across the state. Board members serve three-year staggered terms and help guide the work of the association through quarterly board meetings, the annual convention and committee leadership.

Interested in being considered? Please complete the online interest form or contact a current HHAC Board member with questions. Submission of interest does not guarantee nomination or appointment. Board members and members of the Nominating Committee are elected by HHAC’s membership, while other committee members are appointed by the respective Committee Chair.

The future of home care and hospice in Colorado depends on strong member leadership — and your voice matters.
