Matt Hansen is an association executive with more than 20 years of experience in the home health, hospice, and home care sectors. He began his career as a PT, and later expanded into business ownership, administration, and association leadership. He is passionate about advancing quality of life through home and community-based care and helping strong ideas, organizations, and businesses grow.
Kaylin Fitzpatrick-Horn Kaylin Fitzpatrick-Horn is a creative, organized and people-focused professional with a background in advertising production, project coordination, events, communications and association management. She currently supports the Home Care and Hospice Association of Colorado, where she helps strengthen member engagement, communications, events and industry advocacy. Before moving into association work, Kaylin spent years producing integrated advertising campaigns, managing vendors, timelines, budgets, photo shoots, events and cross-functional teams. After taking time to raise her three children, she brought that same mix of logistics, creativity, problem-solving and heart back into her professional work. Kaylin lives in Colorado with her husband, Pat, whom she has been married to for 14 years, their three kids and their dog, Toodles.
