About Us

The Home Care and Hospice Association of Colorado (HHAC), is a nonprofit, non-partisan organization  that represents home health, home care and hospice agencies across all 64 counties in Colorado. 

HHAC is the only trade association representing the home care and hospice industries in Colorado. It aims to elevate the profession of home care and hospice for the benefit of the consumers they serve by focusing on:

  • Advocacy and government relations

  • Education and resources

  • Industry and association strength

Initially two separate organizations, the Home Care Association of Colorado and the Hospice & Palliative Care Association of the Rockies joined together in 2020.
